Individual Teletherapy Services

I offer individual services to teens 15 and up! I especially am interested in supporting neurodivergent and queer-identified folks, caregivers (mental health providers, teachers, parents, caregivers, nurses, ), creatives and change-makers associated with transformative justice work. My services are offered on a sliding scale from $120-200. As of 2026, I will no longer be accepting insurance, but will provide superbills at your request.

Eco-Analysis Consult

To all mental health providers and coaches, I offer eco-analysis consult. If you are interested in deepening your understanding of Bronfenbrenners ecological theory, mapping client's inner terrains and their relationship to their outer terrain, or in increasing nature connection. I'm here to support you! Creating a neuro-affirming therapy container - online and offline! Sliding Scale $27-$127 no questions asked. Reach out :)

Teen-Centered Family Teletherapy

This package includes 3 individual teletherapy sessions for your Teen 13+ and 1 counseling session for caregivers/month. This service is suggested for caregivers who support their teen 13+ to access self-development tools and a therapeutic outlet IN ADDITION TO making shifts in parenting styles or create developmentally affirming homes for their teen, while letting their teen take the forefront in treatment. When accessing this package of 4 sessions per month, I offer the option of family therapy and collaborative community treatment (teachers, counselors, mentors, probation officers, coaches, psychiatrist, etc) add-ons.

Neurodivergent Affirming Group Therapy for Youth

Have you and other's in you network identified a need for a socio-emotional, grief, or support group for youth in your life? This offering is a customizable group option based on your community needs. Prices will vary. Possible topics: -Socio-emotional learning -Meditation and Mindfulness -Nature Connection -Grief Processing -Climate Grief -LGBTQIA+ Support - Socio-Cultural Identity Mapping -Identity development *I also offer all these topics to adults, so don't hesitate to reach out to see if we can co-create something to meet your needs.

Neurodivergent Affirming Group Therapy for Youth

Emotional Support Animal Evaluation

If you need an emotional support animal or ESA letter to support your well-being, rights and benefits afforded by the Fair Housing Act, the Air Carriers Access Act [Title 49 U.S.C. Section 41705], and the Department of Transportation 14 CFR Part 382-- --AND you are not in a therapeutic relationship already. Please reach out. PLEASE reach out if cost is a barrier.
