To all mental health providers and coaches, I offer eco-analysis consult. If you are interested in deepening your understanding of Bronfenbrenners ecological theory, mapping client's inner terrains and their relationship to their outer terrain, or in increasing nature connection. I'm here to support you! Creating a neuro-affirming therapy container - online and offline!

Teen-Centered Family Teletherapy
This package includes 3 individual teletherapy sessions for your Teen 13+ and 1 counseling session for caregivers/month.
This service is suggested for caregivers who support their teen 13+ to access self-development tools and a therapeutic outlet IN ADDITION TO making shifts in parenting styles or create developmentally affirming homes for their teen, while letting their teen take the forefront in treatment.
When accessing this package of 4 sessions per month, I offer the option of family therapy and collaborative community treatment (teachers, counselors, mentors, probation officers, coaches, psychiatrist, etc) add-ons.
